Great location(near The Empire State Building, New York Public Library and Macys). Felt very safe walking around there at night. Room was relatively small, but clean. 19(20) floors and one functional elevator during our stay. Not an issue when we didn’t have bags, but trying to leave was a nightmare. I’d stay again if the elevators worked. Otherwise, I’ll go to the Embassy Suites a few doors down.

Great stay in centrally located hotel. Check in was easy and much earlier than we thought. All staff was friendly and accommadating. Room was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very nice and clean. It would be great to have queen size beds in the rooms instead of full size beds. We were four people, it would have been great if the beds were a bit wider. Other than that, fantastic!

The location was good. It is about three blocks from the subway. Our room had a view of the Empire State Building.
