Nice location right in the center of time square - easy access to restaurants, shops, & theaters. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious (NY standard), clean, & modern. Only downside is the hotel has only limited choices of over price food, if you do not want to eat outside.

Based on location and top reviews, I chose this property. The staff was exceptional and extremely friendly, although I experienced an issue during check-in when the representative charged my card $200 without notification. The hotel's cleanliness and safety were impressive. However, the lobby area felt overwhelming due to a large group using profanity and lounging in the space, which security did not address. I found the room's price to be reasonable. Offering complimentary water or beverages would enhance the experience. Overall, I highly recommend this property.

Good location but parking situation is all over the place with multiple people telling you different things and no one seeming known what is going on with your car. Staff tell you one thing to be later contradicted but another staff member. Manager of the front desk rude, dismissive of any confusion we had and essentially told us this is how they operate because its New York.
