We landed early morning and tried to see if we could check in early. I had called the hotel previously as well to have a note placed on the reservation. After arriving, the front desk agent said they would try to have the room ready by 1pm. So we waited and tried to keep ourselves busy. We checked back to see if there was any updates and the room was not ready, even after the check in time of 4pm, our room was still not ready with no reason as to why that was. I called the hotels main support line and after getting off the phone with Hilton, the hotel staff informed us that the room was ready and gave us a daily food credit of $30. The staff was pretty rude and inconsiderate throughout our entire stay, I was really disappointed by the type of service and hospitality that we received over all and would not stay here again.
