This place was horrible....like seriously bad? IDK how they get any.decent reviews? My stay was just awful. The room was tiny...even by NYC standards. My college dorm room was larger. Absolutely no storage anywhere in the room. No dressers, no cabinets, one small drawer. No closet or desk. The room was abysmal. If there are 2 of you in the room, you can only navigate carefully around each other. You can only get out of the bed from one side as the other is wedged up against the window. Taking a shower is a cumbersome task, as there is no door or curtain to protect the water from flooding over onto the bathroom floor. Each time I took a shower the bathroom floor was flooded. Wet towels everywhere. The bathroom is extremely small as well. No place to put any of your hygiene, soaps, shavers etc. Unable to even take a shower as water floods the bathroom. Even worse, no room cleanings. I was there 7 days, and my room never got cleaned. You call and call and they say someone will be up to see you, but it never happens. Place is totally understaffed to the point of negligence. No bed or linen changes in 7 days. I was cleaning my own bathroom. I usually found a towel/sheet cart in the hotel. It was always at the end of the hall...so I would go down and take all the linens I needed. The lobby is a joke, as there isnt one. There are 2 small tables with only one person at the desk to check you in? You can barely fit 4 people in the lobby at any given time. Ridiculously small. Horrible

Was completely surprised by the pleasant staff, location, the lounge area for breakfast and cocktails later in the day the room was clean comfortable. The staff was over the top. Enjoy the coffee I would stay again. I was surprised on every term. It’s hard to find a good New York hotel.

Cute high rise hotel in heart of fashion district. Very easily walk to Times Square, Times Square. Different setup as was a restaurant as well as a comedy club and elevator was sparse but for a one night stay was great- room was tight but still great

The ‘cosy room’ is as described, don’t expect a lot of space for storage or swinging cats. And don’t expect a huge lobby. However, the attention to detail, design, and innovative use of space is fantastic throughout. Floor to ceiling windows ensure that the rooms don’t seem small, and the bars serve as classy public spaces through the day. The team have a solution to every query and could not be more helpful. The hotel is located on a quieter street just next to Broadway, which was ideal for us. We were delighted with this hotel.

Great staff, super helpful. I love a quaint little NYC room, especially when it has style! Oh, and good water pressure! We loved our stay here, it's perfect for a theater-centric trip for sure. We were able to walk to theaters quickly. I wish we had time to visit the two on-site bars, because they looked amazing.

Staff is amazing best staff of any hotel I have stayed with nationwide. Very accommodating and friendly. Excellent location walking distance to Times Square and easy access to subway to get everywhere else. “Cozy” rooms are extremely small but manageable for two but keep in mind you will have to be efficient with your space, a couple things in the room are showing ware and could use a refresh. Overall even though you can get a larger room for the same price I will come back to this hotel again just for the staff.
