The staff all over the hotel was very accommodating, from valet to front desk and attentive housekeeping. The location is in Times Square so you will hear City sounds but that is to be expected given the location, it did not impact my sleep or my stay. The location is great.

Lack of staff support. When we arrived at the hotel, I mentioned the incident about the hotel shuttle. I told the staff that there was no communication via text or email regarding airport pick-up. No explanation given. So we proceeded to our room.

Room was very hot, we requested a fan or to turn the thermostat down, they sent engineer in to look at it, sent us a heater. We called back down to front desk requesting a fan to cool the room. They then brought a fan it helped but could not turn heat off. The room was not too clean and dated. There was old wrappers laying in the corner. The hotel was in a great location. Staff was nice and accommodating.
