Stuck in the 90s.

Location was great. Everything else felt like the 1990s. The wallpaper was peeling. The bathroom sink was tiny. The TV was small and the signal was poor. The ice machines are only on every other floor.

Perfect location to stay if you want to explore Niagara Falls. Within easy walking distance of the Rainbow bridge if you wish to see the falls from the Canadian side as we did. Parking is also free for guests.

Hotel is at very good location right opposite to Niagara State park. The only disappointment is the staff and the room quality. Very bad and poor. It’s very old and if you ask anything to staff they are answering as if doing some favor, even during breakfast, they don’t refill if items getting over on asking they answer rudely saying it’s Over! I would not recommend it’s just the location other than that, it’s just OK!

The best location in Niagara Falls, an easy walk to all of the action. The rooms, although advertised as modern were in need of renovation. we were on the ground floor and Han no curtain other than a sheer and people could see in the room when we had the lights on. It was the only hotel that we stayed at in USA that didn't have a safe in the room. The breakfast and the all day coffee were wonderful.

Next to Niagara Falls pointe park, almost stone throw away distance, they offer free parking for guests, rooms were clean, pre-book rooms as almost full on weekdays as well, there are lot of food options around hotel is slightly old but maintained

The property is a very great spot if you want to explore the state park. It is near every thing. When I say everything the park, food, store, the casino, old falls street. They also have vending machine and ice machine inside the hotel. They offer free breakfast. Its always jam packed and a lot of timea its hard to find a table during breakfast. Our room has a leaking faucet. We called it in but nothing was done. Other than that the room was spacious, clean, has a mini fridge and free wifi. $10 a day is not included in the reservation.
