Please change the air freshener scent of hotel! Not sure what it is but it is not pleasant. Awesome location for attractions you can walk to all of them. You have to pay for parking.

we booked for 2 queen bed room and Manager at the property gave us standard single queen bed room. After showing him the evidence of our booking, he finally gave another room, but another room was smoking room with lot of bed smell, no towels, no toiletries, unchanged bedsheet. We did not have a choice but to spend the night, as it was really late in the evening and there was nothing else available

Room smelled due to the AC unit for whatever reason. I had to turn it off and open the door to the balcony to allow outside air in to get rid of the smell. Room wasn't cleaned well. Bathroom had tons of hair, rug was dirty, garage bins weren't emptied after room service was performed. I've stayed here for many trips and the service is landsliding.

need better next time

room was next to the back door which didnt work to get in, made noise when people went out during the nite. Bed was too hard. AC stat was in front of the unit so room would get cold-hot all nite. no sleep!! room was clean & very small. would stay elsewhere next time.

Worst experience with this hotel. I came from canada to stay here.. first of all we need to check in early we requested them 3/4 times they didn't give us and secondly on expedia it shows we have netflix access but when we were in the room there is no netflix and then when i ask to the ask member ( guy) he said I can't help you ask housekkeper to help you ...he said we can't do anything he was so rude ... this is the worst experience ever...

The hotel itself was a 3 star hotel, no valet, only 8 parking spaces available, and the luggage cart was less than desirable. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate us. They were all very friendly.
