After a 24 hour drive we were so excited to relax and take a nap. However, the first thing we saw when putting our bags down was a used insulin needle sitting on the floor by the TV which immediately disgusted me. I scanned the room and saw wrinkled sheets and dirty bed skirt, marks all over the walls, and a stain on the couch. I told the lady at the front desk and she said “oh ok.” This all led me to believe that the place was not cleaned between people which is quite gross and the staff don’t care. For the nearly $200 a night the room should have been spotless. On a positive note, the beds are comfortable. I just wish everything would have been clean. The best part about this stay was leaving.

We did not like like the property at all. The first room they checked us in was dirty, the beds were unsaid and the table top and dresser were nasty (greasy and crumbs from food). Gave us a different room, cleaner. No buffet breakfast, understandable due to COVID, but on Sunday morning (about 8am) my husband went to get the bagged breakfast and he was turned away and said there was no breakfast, only coffee…. Wow!!! Oh, I always bring Lysol ( even before COVID), but the comforters on both beds had not been changed out, they had food stains and looked dingy. I usually don’t give bad reviews but I was not impressed with our stay. The upside the young lady that worked on Friday night and Saturday was pleasant, sadly I didn’t get her name, but she was very nice .

Entrance is dirty, elevator and carpets a mess. For the money you are paying is not worth it. Need a lot of maintenance.
