I will not recommend this place. Staff was rood and unfriendly. The room was smelly but they said it is non smoking even though the facility was supposed to be nonsmoking

the price is high for the quality of the hotel, They didn't even give us the wifi password. So far from Niagara falls

This hotel is 5 miles from the falls. Your wifi password was clearly typed on your room key cover where it said, "Wi-Fi". If you had contacted the front desk, we would have given you this information.

Room was very clean breakfast was fantastic but I would like to have a coffee machine in the room to have coffee in the morning would say again

Thanks for your review. We used to have coffee machines in our suites with the kitchenette, but I don't know if the Health Department made us pull those out of the rooms or not.

Hotel close to Niagara Fall just 10 minutes, room is clean but no body clean up the room in time. Front desk cannot provide enough information for Niagara Fall information, such as parking, boating and around visiting places for kids.

Thank you. The local area has a wide variety of food choices provided you aren't looking late at night. Most places close early. We have Indian, Italian, Vietnamese-Thai, American, Mexican, and Japanese.
