The adjoining holiday flats "Blu and Verde" are located in an old olive mill with the melodious name Ulivo di Sempre, which can be translated as "everlasting olives". The village of Torria lies 400 metres above sea level on the slopes of the Impero Valley, offering visitors a magnificent view of the surrounding area and the peaks of the Ligurian Alps, which are up to 1000 metres high. The flats share the surrounding garden and each has a terrace. Verde and Blu differ in size, Verde has two bedrooms. These flats are ideal for families who want to holiday together. There is a good restaurant in the village and, on the way to the coastal town of Imperia and the beaches, you can also get good supplies on Sundays in the shopping centre about 20 minutes away by car. From the communal sun terrace above, you have a breathtaking view of the Maritime Alps all the way to the sea.
