After a long drive from Vegas. Decided to stay at this hotel and location. Coz it was closer to all the places i would like to check out the next day at check out. But, this hotel it needs some upgrading or renovating going. Coz its not as nice as other crowne plaza hotel I have stayed in. This location needs a renovation. The water pressure in the shower was bad. There was a mold smell in the room. The bathroom cabinets was all broken. You can see that it needs to be upgrade. But i did not complain about it since it was just for a night. But it needs attention.

The staff was amazing and the grounds were beautiful. However, we were in a very old room that needed to be renovated. I’ll definitely book again, but make sure I get a renovated room.

I requested cleaning services and left tips by the TV. I booked 2rooms for 4days 3nights . They didn’t clean either of my rooms at all. The bathtub clogged when showering, staff came to fixed the 2nd night.But still clogged and dirty water came back from the drain. Staff came to fixed the 3rd day and water drains ok but slowly. Don’t like to deal these things in my vocation.
