WE ARE A LICENSED, LEGAL VACATION RENTAL WITH THE CITY OF DANA POINT. UNLIKE MANY VACATION RENTALS, WE CAN LEGALLY OFFER OUR HOME FOR RENT FOR SHORT TERM PERIODS. WE ARE NOT RESTRICTED TO MONTHLY ONLY. Only guests listed on the rental agreement are allowed to use the property

This 3 bedroom 2 bath upper unit of a duplex has been recently renovated and furnished with all new furnishings, housewares and linens. The fully equipped kitchen is updated with white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Both bathrooms have been stylishly redone with solid surface countertops, beautiful tile and new vanities. Central AC! Enjoy ocean views and breezes from the back deck or the front balcony. Complimentary on site laundry is located in the laundry room accessible from downstairs side entry. Three parking spaces are included with this rental!

We were in the area to visit our two grandsons and their families who live in Laguna Niguel & SJC. It was a good location to go visit both and see our great grandkids and still have some time alone and give them some space. We love Dana Point and all the great eating places. We really enjoyed our stay and the Vrbo host did a great job.

It was easy access to all areas around Dana Beach. The property is very lovely, but it should be stated in the description that it is on the second floor. Definitely would recommend it to others!!

Our experience was top-notch from A-to-Z. Even though it’s a popular neighborhood in the daytime, it’s peaceful in the evening. Lots of great space, Lighting, doors, windows to get the Cross breeze with many conveniences. Look forward to staying again soon.

perfect host and place to stay

my wife and I stayed here with two other couples for a wedding. one couple brought their 6 month old baby and the location, host, and home were perfect for all of us. we were close to everything in Dana Point and the home was perfect for what we needed. the rooms, bathrooms, and furniture fit our needs. the balconies were a beautiful added bonus. the host communicated and explained everything very easily. would definitely stay again!

Nice and clean

We stayed in the house for a week in April. The Interior is really new and the house is located in a very clean and safe neighborhood. Shops and cafes are 5 minute walk away, there is a good farmers market saturdays. There is a Ralphs supermarket for food.For some more Shopping try out huge Irvine spectrum shopping center 20 minutes away.Further recommended activities: Dana Point harbour trail, Dana Point preserve, hotel del Coronado beach, USS Midway, Getty museum, Griffith observatory at sunset

Minutes from the beach and perfrectly located for fun activities locally, throughout Orange County, San Diego and LA. Met or exceeded all expectations and Kelli (property owner) was prompt and great to work with.

Great Location

The condo was in a great location. Wish I had time to take some walks to the beach and enjoy the scenery. Owner Kelli was easy to work with. Her parents Nancy and Dan were extremely nice and helpful when they were staying in the unit below.A few things needed to be replenished which I have informed the owner. Was perfect for the 4 adults and two grandkids.

Property was nice

Property is tired and can use some fixing. Screen in master bedroom to balcony is broken and hard to use. Bring kleenex and shampoo as they are not provided. Kelli was very pleasant in helping us recover property (ring) left behind. Her kindness left us with a better feeling about our stay.

Great 3 BR unit. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Nice kitchen, dining and living room area. We had all adults but 3rd bedroom great for kids. Loved the ocean views and a short walk to a nice coffee shop and Saturday farmers market. Would definitely stay again!
