Completely renovated Farmhouse. Four different units, all cozy, clean, and inviting. Each has its own feature , all with their own private deck over looking the River and valley. Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame is 25 minute drive. Oneonta NY is 17 minutes and the quaint village of Stamford is 15 minutes away where you can hike Mt Utsayantha!

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Deb's place! It was quiet all six nights we were there. The house was clean and well maintained. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you Deb for a wonderful week!! We hope to stay here again next year.

Great quiet spot

We booked almost a year ago to have somewhere to stay while our son played at Dreams Park. Deb was very helpful when our dates changed and guided me through adjusting the booking. The apartment is clean, well maintained, and perfect for a couple visiting the area. I will say it was a bit further out than we were expecting, but we didn’t double check the address and I would rather go for comfort than location! We had a great experience. One note if you do book is to make sure to note the door code BEFORE you get to the property because our webpage reloaded and the cell service is very spotty right at the house - we eventually got in, but save yourself some trouble! Overall, a fantastic stay!

Beautiful property in a great setting

We enjoyed our stay and used this rental as a central location for activities we had planned. We loved the interior, which is a comfortable layout with a running creek right outside. Relaxing and quiet. We will stay again if back in the Cooperstown area. Thank you!!

Three day get away

We had a lovely visit - saw two performances at the Glimmerglass Festival, visited the Iroquois Museum and the Russian History Museum - all a bit of a drive from where we stayed but easy enough. Our apartment was clean and quiet. Our only issue was no cell service - other than that a great stay.

The unit we stayed in was very nice. It looked pretty new, updated nicely. There was a small porch with chairs just for our unit. The setting is very serene with a creek running behind house. If there was anything to change it would be the bed. Would switch to king sized.

Super cute!

This apartment was truly perfect for our needs! It was super cute! Everything was brand new and clean! We stayed here because our son played at Cooperstown All Star Village, it was about 20/25mins away which wasn’t too bad. Deb was really easy to work with. I highly recommend this apartment!
