Important to Note
• Your stay is in the lower level of a well-insulated duplex, with a quiet, full-time resident living above
• As this apartment is in the basement, there may occasionally be some noise from the unit above. We have provided a sound machine and ear plugs for use during stay to help with any potential noises
• String lights along the fence light the walkway to your private entrance
• Guests are welcome to enjoy the front yard during their stay. We just ask that you please avoid the sidewalks leading to the back part of the yard or house, as that area is part of a private residence.
• Smoking is allowed outdoors only, and guests are asked to use the provided smokers waste receptacle. A $300 fee will be assessed if smoking occurs indoors.

Dogs
• We adore hosting your family dogs and you can bring your for a one-time fee of $80 if they are 50 lbs and under.
• Up to 2 dogs are allowed.
• Please use the provided lint rollers to remove dog hair during your stay. An additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged after check out if additional cleaning time is required for pet hair removal.
• Dog bowls, towels, a lint roller, and treats are provided for your convenience in the basket in the laundry area. A couch cover can be found at the bottom of the bookshelf cabinet. Don’t forget to give your pup an extra treat from us!
• We wish we could, but we aren’t able to allow cats at this time due to the owners’ allergies. Thanks for understanding!
When Visiting With Your Dog
• Ensure your pup is 100% potty trained
• If left unattended inside the house, please ensure they are happily crated. You know your dog best and we wouldn’t want a dog to be scared or anxious in a crate if they aren’t used to it. We also want to ensure a peaceful environment for all our guests and neighbors.
• Keep your pups leashed when outdoors
• Please keep your pup off beds, chairs, and couches
• Please use the provided lint rollers to remove dog hair during your stay. An additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged after check out if additional cleaning time is required for pet hair removal.
• Dogs can use the outdoor facilities in front of the house (do not walk to the back of the house, as this area is a private residence)
• Promptly pick up and dispose of waste in the blue trash bin outside (south side)
• For service dogs- While there is no charge, we respectfully ask you to please let us know if you will be bringing an ADA service animal to avoid any confusion.
Early Check-in/Late Check-out
• We’re happy to consider early check-ins or late check-outs for a $30 fee, on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be made in advance and depend on bookings and our cleaning schedule. We’ll confirm availability the day before your stay, and if approved, the extra charge will be sent via the messaging app.
Long-Term Stays (28+ Days)
• We cannot always offer this option but please send an inquiry for availability
• Biweekly cleaning at $85 per clean is required
