Highly recommended!

The lobby was under construction but the entryway was as clean as can be expected taking that into consideration. The rest of the hotel was immaculate as during our previous stays.

The hotel is under remodel so many of the amenities were not available. The bathrooms are very small and the beds are "very" firm. The place was clean but not one of the nicer hotels that we have stayed at. We will find other alternatives next time we head to Columbus.

Hotel was under construction but the common areas were all open and it was very clean and quiet. Pool was wonderful. Alot of space in our room. Will definitely stay there again.

We really liked our room. It had a little sofa area to relax so you were not in the bed all the time. We also have a son with special needs. That gave him another area to sit. It was nice to have the conference area as an added space we could use. The downside is that they are renovating the hotel. The staff were extremely accommodating and very kind. Customer service was excellent! I'm sure the hotel will be beautiful once the renovations are completed.
