Whole place was so beautifully decorated for the holidays, cozy and clean . Staff responded to all out requests quickly and made us feel welcome . Room was very quiet and bed was so comfortable. We enjoyed our time and highly recommend to stay here!

Staff at reception desk was helpful and accommodated my request not to be close to fitness center. Room was ok but somehow bedding didn’t look as fresh and neat as first time we stayed there. Only stayed one night. Came late and left early next morning so didn’t have time to experience other amenities. Automated check in process was efficient.

Stay room was clean/organized. Basic layout and amenities, it was ok for just an overnight stay. Bed and bedding were comfortable. Having bottled water available, in the mini-fridge, and a simple snack assortment (nuts, granola bar, crackers, etc.) would be a nice touch. Quick and easy interaction with front desk staff for check in/out, the three I interacted with were kind and helpful. The attached restaurant had a very nice breakfast buffet, the vouchers provided for that meal were greatly appreciated. Food was fresh and tasty. Perfect spread for a morning buffet. Staff were friendly, as well. My main concern and biggest complaint would be the lack of snow removal and salting done to the walkways and car pull-through/valet area, directly INTO the hotel at the front entrace/overhang. I witnessed a couple people slip and almost fall, including myself, while entering the main doors, where the valet sits. The tile section between the carpets was extremely slick/wet. The walkways in the immediate area by the entrance should have been cleared much better than they were, at the very least the area right in front of the entrance.
