The property was incredibly poorly maintained, furniture stand, outlets were literally broken-only one available to charge a phone- every lamp in our second room was broken, this is after the first room was so dangerous we had to be moved, the phone in our room was broken, the balcony door handle was broken and we couldn't get out. The first room had a broken painting directly over the head of the bed, a shard so large that it could have caused a catastrophically severe injury had it dislodged which was a very likely possibility. We requested a partial refund or full refund but were denied. There was no manager on duty for the night and day of our stay for us or Expedia to communicate with. Expedia did an amazing job attempting to rectify the situation, but unfortunately the off-site manager was unwilling to assist, despite the very very high price of our stay. We got the executive suite and had the room been maintained, it would have been amazing! It was beautiful, it had wonderful amenities and had great potential. We would have considered staying again sometime if the rooms were updated / fixed but due to the lack of consideration we are unlikely to ever in the future.

Tail is now under construction there’s heavy equipment all over the yard and the parking area making it difficult to park. The restaurant/bar is closed. They charge $100 deposit that nobody says anything about and the front desk has an attitude with everybody that walks in would not recommend.

1st floor room was awful, who gives the guest bleach to clean a blood spot on bathroom corner because housekeeping gone for day? This place did. 3rd floor was more on par with a 2 star. Breakfast wasn't the worst but looks like they try a little more on weekend. Indoor pool was not heated but seemed clean, pool towels available. nothing within walking distance. Piles of stuff ready for room renovations so hopefully in future it will be much better. No bugs so must have had recent exterminator visit.

There were stains on the bed. Our door to our room did not lock. There was hair in the hairdryer. The light switches dodnt work. Paint peeling off ceilings and tub was dirty looking like wasnt cleaned.

Check in was fine only thing good about this place if I didn’t have some where to go me and my children would’ve found another hotel soon as I got here we got dressed and headed back out it was when I came was I noticed everything The elevator was broke we had to walk to the 3rd floor the draws had tape on them to keep it closed, the bathroom was clean the tub handles looked cruded stain and ceiling in the shower was peeling on sheets,door lock look was loose idk if they are redoing thing but it was furniture in the hallway
