Room was ok, elevator smelled terrible. They ran out of breakfast one guy trying to do everything. Oh yeah my card got hacked right after I tapped to leave deposit! $660 money gram bank stopped 3rd attempt and it’s going to take weeks to get my money back! I was 600 miles from home and had no access to my account, it was terrible and they just kept saying it couldn’t be from them, when I proved it was! I said this could be happening others have your machine and system checked! Really made visiting my daughter in college for the 1st time extremely challenging!

I'll start with the positives: Close to airport, walking distance to fast food options and convenient stores/gas stations. Area around the hotel felt safe enough to me to walk to get food late at night. I was only here for 2 nights and I overslept and missed breakfast the first morning. The second morning I was able to grab breakfast before I had to leave for my flight. The breakfast was hot and very good with a decent variety of options which I enjoyed. I had booked a room with a king bed and when I checked in the room they gave me only had one queen bed and was on the first floor which made me feel uneasy. I promptly went back to the front desk to request a room change and thankfully they were able to give me a king bed room on the second floor. The room itself was huge and I appreciated that it had a microwave and mini fridge. With all that being said, there were some negative things about my stay. The shuttle was not in service for the duration of my stay. The pool was nice to have but the water was freezing. And lastly the hotel did not feel super clean. On my second day I noticed ants in my room on the counter/desk area. In the bathroom near the lobby there was also what I am pretty sure was a small roach on the floor.

Cockroaches and centipe in my rooms. Yes, I said rooms. My first night I was reaching over to turn off the bedside light when a cockroach crawled up between the pillows and started approaching me. I went to the front desk to ask to be moved to a new room and the clerk laughed! I did get a new room but couldn't sleep all night. When I went into the bathroom the next morning to brush my teeth there were centipedes in the sink. Don't know how this property rated above a 7. I would never stay there again!
