The sink was coming off the counter, the fire. Alarm was beeping all night, someone removed the chain lock off the door, the light socket didn’t work so we had no use of a hairdryer, the location is in a rather rough area.

Staff changed our room from 2 double bed to a king bed when we were traveling with 3 kids, gave us an out of order room that was disgusting. the floor turned our socks black, bugs in the bathroom light, mold on the toilet, missing exhaust fan, missing filter in the ac, the room smelled awful and damp, maintenance was still in the room when we were checked in, everything was sticky.

The first room i got checked into was a king and it was ok until i pulled back the sheet and it was multiple blood stains on the sheets so i went to the front desk and he informed me that he had no more kings for rent all he had was doubles so i had to take that so we went to the second room it was ok until i found a Crack pipe on the ptac smh.
