The room was not to clean. Everything needed to be wiped down. Bed was ok. Coffee is nasty. It snowed and it should have been plowed much better instead of parking on hardened snow and ice. Dangerous. They need to update the entire place.

Easy check in, room was clean , basic but nice..had mini fridge , microwave etc. We checked in very late so no time to utilize pool facility. Only thing is check out was at 11 am and cleaning people knocked on door twice before 10:30. No Do not disturb was in the room. I missed out on sleep. I dont think they need to disturb guest rooms till after check out time

The first room we were put in had bed bugs on the pillows so we took pillow and bug down to front desk the didn’t act like it was a problem. We ask to be moved to a different room. They did move us and had no issues. The hot tub was not working.

No breakfast when we were ready at 9am to hit the road Our room had 2 hvac units competing each other for heat and ac. There were banged up furniture in our unit. No soap for the sink in the bathroom, no closet, no extra pillows or blankets. Smelled like sex a foul odor.

A child had clearly went through and sampled one of each of the bread and pastry foods - bagel, bread, and muffin - and then put them back. And based on the rock hard consistency of the bagels, that clearly hadn't happened on the same morning we were there.

Besides being clean and beautifully decorated with Halloween theme and goodies, the pantry, refrigerator and counter were so well stocked for breakfast and snacks.

Overpriced and needing maintenance

When I checked in the front desk, it was very limited interaction and he gave me one key card and a used card sleeve. The bed and room were OK but the bathroom had hair on the sink. One overhead light was out and the overhead lamp heater didn’t work And it needed several other repairs. The breakfast was average, but the person that was supposed to tend to that area was also in charge of the front desk and he didn’t either. He just sat on the couch with his shoes off on the phone.

Excellent breakfast - waffles sausage eggs coffee. gorgeous pool. nice safe area with convenient places to eat. clean and reasonably priced. freezer as well as refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker. Rooms are dated and could use some minor maintenance. overall better than expected
