Reserved a room due to 8.6 rating. I don’t know HOW they got this rating. It is a 6 at best. No a/c, changed rooms, door wouldn’t open. Desk clerk told me to turn handle UP instead of down. Box springs wrapped in a mattress bag. No bed skirt. Old beat up furniture. Mildew on bathroom tile. PAINT peeling off the BATHTUB. Lamp base rusting. I will never book a DAYS INN again, no matter what the rating. Where did the 10/10 ratings come from?

This was a very good hotel at a reasonable price. My main comcern is cleanliness and no bugs. It was great on these two issues.It has a basic breakfast, as long as I could find a couple things to eat is fine with me. We stayed one night, as we were traveling elsewhere. I recommend it for a good overnight stay.

Absolutely unfit to be a hotel.

The staff were amazing but the beds were absolutely disgusting, the showers can't stay one temp most of the time it goes to cold the breakfast is mediocre at best, the AC had mold in it and it is absolutely not worth the price.

Needs work, but could be great.

Granted, I know it's a $100 hotel room, but what we got was what I'd expect from a $60 motel room. The first room that we were given was already occupied (GREAT REMINDER TO EVERYONE TO ALWAYS USE THE PHYSICAL DOOR LOCKS). So after nearly barging in someone that I'm sure was just trying to get some rest, we went back downstairs. I will say, the staff that night was absolutely fantastic. They weren't the ones that assigned us our room, and they went and verified the next one was empty before sending us. (You're awesome, Kay!) While I wouldn't call the room dirty short of a mysterious stickiness on the TV stand, it was, however, absolutely run down, and was in desperate need of some mechanical/technical attention. Wire molding improperly installed and falling off the wall, outlets back from when this was most definitely a smoking room, rust around the tub drain, cable box cover just hanging out of the wall. The shower Curtin rod on one side was loose and caused the shower curtain to sag in the middle. Again, for $102, I wasn't expecting a suite at the Bellagio, but I was still a bit disappointed. If the hotel owner/manager sees this. Kay was great, and rolled with the punches well. I could tell she actually cared, and was the saving grace for this stay. Now find or outsource some maintenance crew that carry that same energy for their job, and I think this property could be a great place. The Air Conditioning worked though!

This is a very old hotel with poor room a/c and a hard bed. I had to switch as my first room had wet sheets on the bed, smelled, and had no a/c. Second room better, but still hardly any air conditioning.
