DON"T STAY HERE!

DId not even stay. They gave us the wrong room first, then the second room the door wouldn't open...once we got in with assistance from staff, not only did the room smell horribly of stale cigarettes (non-smoking hotel!), the bed wasn't made, so who knows if it was even cleaned. I requested a refund and have been denied.

This property is very run down. The rooms smelled upon arrival and then rooms next to us were smoking tobacco and marijuana. The bathrooms had residue on the floor from previous guests. The floor next to shower was cracked and there were holes in the shower tile. We were very disappointed in our stay.

A Bargain

My room was clean & comfortable, and the rate was a bargain compared to other downtown Cincinnati properties. The hotel is an easy walk from the stadiums & all of downtown, and parking is FREE!! I recommend this hotel for anyone who is not interested in fancy services & prices.

Crusty condoms and dirty sheets

I’m just going to start with saying that there was a condom hanging from the bathroom ceiling. The bathroom door knob was practically detached, if I tapped it the wrong way it would have fallen off the door. I found a dead bug in my bed. It was so dirty that I refused to change into my pajamas so we slept in our clothes. It smelled like human waste and eggs. I felt absolutely disgusting after leaving this hotel, I wish that I could powerwash my body to rid of this experience. There were stains on the sheets as well. This hotel is also in an awful area that is very unsafe, and I did not feel safe during my stay. Continuing on, the parking lot was not only confusing and difficult to navigate; but it was also very difficult to locate a spot. Overall, our family will never stay at this hotel or one of its chains again.

OK except for road noise through the night.

Stay was good overall. However, the road noise was a problem throughout the night. Advise to ask for an even numbered room so that you aren’t facing the highway. Breakfast was good. Location was good.

Good room, but just a little nervous in lobby

The location and the room itself were nice. I appreciated having the free parking though the access to it was a little odd. The breakfast was good and they had attentive attendants. Check in was through a glass window. There were people smoking marijuana close to the lobby entrance. I felt just a little bit nervous about the lobby area, but it turned out to be fine.

Stayed one night with my young daughter while we were in town for appointments at the children’s hospital. Was asked for ID at checkin and presented my license to be copied along with a credit card for incidentals. Received a call on my cell phone from the front desk at 10:23pm saying I needed to bring down my ID to be copied. I refused, as we were already in bed asleep at that time. Said I would bring it when I checked out early the next morning and was told that would be fine. Was soon awoken again by two male voices knocking on the door saying “front desk”. I ignored their knocking, and felt very unsafe, got very little sleep the rest of the night. Room was clean, as was the breakfast area.
