Definitely NOT a 5 star experience nor 5 star service. We had booked 3 rooms for a Family Christmas Reunion. There were BUGS found in 2 of the rooms. Front desk offered fumigation or deep cleaning of the rooms--we had small children in both rooms so opted for cleaning. There was NO follow up to see if situation was rectified. After 2nd room had bugs I requested manager

Definitely NOT a 5 Star Experience! We had booked 3 rooms for a Christmas Family reunion. 2 of the rooms had BUGS in the room. Customer service offered fumigation or deep cleaning--we had small children in these rooms so took option of cleaning. After the 2nd room found with bugs I asked to speak to a manager, no one contacted me thru What'sapp as they said they would--no follow up to see if situation was rectified. VERY disappointed with the overall customer service throughout the resort. Will not return and will not recommend to friends.

The restaurants and quality of food was impressive, especially for an all inclusive resorts. Overall service and attention from staff members was comparable to other all inclusive resorts. Overall cleanliness of common areas in individual buildings was poor. Stairwells and hallways were neglected with debris and floors looking dirty. Attractions such as the “lazy river” and Sports-book were not operational with no explanation.

The service was great. People were very pleasant and attentive. Food was good too except for Islas, very disappointed at this restaurant. The push for membership stops me from giving and excellent or 5 stars review. It's a total waste of the limited time most of us have when on vacation.

Rooms are out dated first room I got AC did not work after waiting for more than 8 hours for a room change I had to go to front desk and had to give them a very hard time to get anything done. Their excuse is that their members had a activity at that property and i would have to wait. Like if my money isn't as green as theirs. Second room had roaches great. Only thing i was happy with is the Staff at restaurants and clubs they were very nice and helpful. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE DON'T STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. To finish they then tried to sell me a Membership. NOW THAT'S FUNNY.

Loved the beach and ocean! The staff in the restaurant we're not very attentive in keeping waters filled or getting beverages.
