We are so happy that you had an incredible vacation however, we must apologize for the seaweed on the beach. Rest assured, we clean our beach on a daily basis. Nevertheless, the amount of seaweed on the beach is due to a natural phenomenon that is currently affecting the coasts of Cancun and other islands of the Caribbean. This phenomenon is unpredictable as it might vary according to the direction of the winds. We sincerely regret to know the natural conditions of our beach did not allow you to enjoy all of the many other facilities we offer to our guests such as our incredible spa, golf course, gourmet restaurants and the many bars we have all around our property. Although we do our best to keep the beach in its best possible condition, we fear this is an act of nature. We are already working on new measures to solve this inconvenience in a way that will not affect the environment either. Moon Palace Cancún - All Inclusive is an all-inclusive property. Room rates include meals and beverages at onsite restaurants and bars. Other items and amenities, including taxes and gratuities, and access to recreational activities and entertainment may also be included.
