We are so happy that you had an incredible vacation however, we must apologize for the seaweed on the beach. Rest assured, we clean our beach on a daily basis. Nevertheless, the amount of seaweed on the beach is due to a natural phenomenon that is currently affecting the coasts of Cancun and other islands of the Caribbean. This phenomenon is unpredictable as it might vary according to the direction of the winds. Moon Palace Cancún - All Inclusive is an all-inclusive property. Room rates include meals and beverages at onsite restaurants and bars. Spend the day at the beach and work on your tan in the sun loungers (chaise longues) or kick back in the shade with free beach club on site and umbrellas.
