Our check out was a little longer and has some unnecessary questions about booking in Expedia but was resolved with some phone call conversation. I am not sure what is going to happen if I don’t have my receipt from Expedia, I was asked to pay close to 1900 $ extra for my stay . Sales teams makes gusts a little busy, taking their sweet time for their own marketing both on check in and check out Other than that our stay on the resort was fantastic and has lots of memories

Everything was very good, the people who served us in the restaurants, especially in the Italian restaurant Rigel, our waiter was very attentive and the seafood restaurant the manager Ricardo was very friendly and of course Jesus Torres, our ambassador, he was excellent with us, he took care of everything we asked for, really a very nice experience. The only thing I didn't like very much were the pools because they had a lot of sand at the bottom and I think it needs a little remodeling.

This is an amazing resort that has so much to offer. The property itself is beautiful with stunning views across the campus.
