My stay at this hotel was just OK! The lack of elevators was very disappointing because you had to climb at least 3-4 flights of stairs to get from your room to the main lobby, or up a steep ramp. The only elevators were in the main hotel. I was bit up by some type of bugs from my face down to my feet! I am still dealing with the bites 3 days after leaving. Everyone should have access to all restaurants. There should not be an excessive up charge for steak, lobster, and crab. The focus could be more on a great dining experience instead of just entertainment. Also STOP WATERING DOWN THE DRINKS! I noticed that the drinks were all watered down. I had nothing but shots and I’m not a regular drinker, but I got no buzz. I had to purchase outside alcoholic beverages because the drinks were not good! Serve real champagne and not sparkling wine. Stop being so pushy on trying to get people to participate in timeshare presentations. It’s very annoying and the gifts aren’t worth the hassle. Because once you decline the offer the staff turns rude! Speaking of staff, although most of the restaurant staff were pleasant I noticed that their motivation was the tips. I asked to be moved to another section because it was too cold u see the A/C unit, the staffer told me to go move and walked away from us. Not cool! Overall I give my stay a 4.5 out of 10. The best part was the octopus tacos

Amazing service from all the staff. It is the reason why we keep coming back again and again! We cannot thank enough Andrea Flores Gonzales who always make sure we are placed in our favourite building and room. In addition, Jose Maria Romero always makes sure that we have our special spot setup so that we can enjoy the sunny days. Odalys and Sofia at the front desk are always super helpful and make sure our stay is comfortable! Our days would start at the breakfast grill where Adali and Keyla always made our omelettes and eggs just perfect! Cannot forget the excellent service at the Flame restaurant where Ladislao, Ismael, Ernesto and Aldo always make sure our food arrives just on time and just as we like it! Alejandro, the Manager at Romanza, went a long way to make sure my wife was comfortable on a night where we could not get a suitable table. Then, at our favourite restaurant, the Sea Flirt, every single waiter has been fantastic: Ramon, Felipe, Hugo and Sinue - thank you so much! And Claudia, the hostess, would always get our favourite table! The bartenders at Bash start making our drinks the moment they see us coming. Ronnie, Elias, Hendricks and Abraham, you work so hard! Last but not least, Sergio at Caffeine - you are a barista extraordinaire! My wife has complicated coffee orders but you always made those flawlessly - thank you so much! To all the amazing staff - it is no wonder we always yearn to return for another amazing vacation with you! Thank you!

Lack of service. I you would like a drink you would have to go and get it yourself regardless where you at in resort. Cabanas is only available when you pay for a bottle so as service. When height show are going all front seats are reserved and stay empty till the end of the night unless you buy a bottle. Then you will get service and seating. So most of the people had stay all night due to back seating get taken by whoever show up before the show. Not really see a point of baying a bottle on all inclusive hotel.
