An amazing experience!! The guests were great, everyone had fun with the daily entertainment and theme nights. The staff and customer service were excellent. I felt very safe and comfortable knowing that rules would be enforced by the guys (security) walking around making sure no one took pictures, specifically Daniel. He was always professional while at the same time created a friendly atmosphere for everyone!! It is greatly appreciated because no guest wants to feel uncomfortable but rather free to just be! Job well done Daniel!! You deserve a bonus for what you do for the guests there.

All of the staff is amazing. The girls at the Expedia VIP check in desk are great. Liz, the poolside server is amazing, cute, and attentive! Jones, a waiter at Sutra, is great and a lot of fun. JJ, of course, is the best playmaker of all time.

I enjoy the atmosphere, staff, and overall vibe. From check-in to checkout, everyone wants you to have a good time. Drinks are good and it’s not hard to find alcohol that suits your taste. Rooms are cute and comfortable and I enjoy staying in the tower. My only complaint is that the food is not very good. The buffet is pretty awful and even the restaurants have very limited options for tasty food. I usually eat at the rooftop pool bar but you can only have wings and fries for a few days. If the food was better, I would definitely give a higher rating.
