me and my family had a great time! the room was spacious and the balcony was very big. the staff was very friendly and attentive and the room service was on time everyday. the only thing was the smell in the rooms sometimes. other than that, its a great place to stay.

Our stay was great, the room was nice and spacious with friendly housekeeping service. Food had variety at the buffet, it was hard getting a dinner reservation at one of the restaurants. The wait was a bit unorganized, had to get there extra early to get a reservation before it fills up which can eat up at your time to enjoy the resort. The beach was the best part although it was hard getting a chair, I would recommend adding more chairs. I got a massage and it was excellent service. The gym facility was nice. Overall a great cost friendly place to stay if youre looking for a simple all inclusive place to enjoy.

PLEASE READ ALL THE BAD REVEIWS BEFORE BOOKING HERE THAY ARE ALL TRUE!!! The beach was nice but we can only thank mother nature for that. The staff where impossible to work with and had no interest in fixing are complaints. Only two elevators in the building making very long waits to get to your room. the food was poor at the very best, nothing we tried to eat there was warm, cold things where warm and warm things where cold. thankfully no one got food poisoning. The A/C did not work in are room and the front desk staff did nothing to help. we even asked for a fan as the room was 26c all the time and no windows open. If you don't want to eat at the buffet every meal you have to make a reservation for dinner, but you will have no chance of making a reservation cause they use a hagiarchy system with color wrist bands that other colors have priority over yours. so really there is only one place to eat unless you buy into the time share program and get a better wrist band. This hotel is mostly for Mexico residents and for the most you will be discriminated against if you are waiting at the bar for drinks, line up for restaurants, ordering food or trying to get your order right. are group stayed for seven days and every day we ordered the same thing and only once did we get what we asked for. the biggest complaint of this hotel is the staff. I can not stress enough to read all the negative comments and then make your informed discission.

Great ocean front property across the street from a mall! My boys loved being in the ocean everyday We stayed in a family suite. Highly recommend. The picture of the room did not do it justice. It’s got a bedroom the size of a regular hotel room with a walk in closet and bath and the living area is large and also has its own full bath! The food was delicious and diverse. Always something everyone enjoyed. Ice cream machine during lunch time was a huge hit

Pro-beach, fresh french fries, champagne, drinks, clean, friendly, volleyball, hardworking staff, close to bus stop, food at Italian and Mexican restaurants, breakfast, family friendly. Meh-buffet, air conditioning in lobby(you’ll see) Con-making dinner reservations is archaic. Reservations open at 4:00 in the lobby, but get there at 3:15/30. Put a bag down on a wicker chair in the order you got there, go to the bar and drink. Bring your deck of cards and make the best of it. That is the best way to handle a system that needs to be seriously upgraded.

Family suite with balcony room was bigger than i expected with 2 bathrooms. I loved the room with balcony at a reasonable price that I was able to afford. Every day the room was cleaned,all staff was respectful and were attentive to our needs and were available to assist with any questions we had. Enjoyed the location, it was perfect not too big and over packed. Walking distance to the mall and public bus line. Buffet was nice and the staff make sure we were taken care off. Wouldn’t change a thing.

There are better choices than this resort in the Cancun area. Property is understaffed. There is no room service. You cannot make dinner reservations. Furniture is dirty. On the plus side, the beach area is very nice with no rocks. I would choose another resort, especially for adults.

The beach and ocean were the highlight of the trip. There was plenty of loungers available by the water. That’s what we had come for! This was a small resort. The food was not up to par. It would have been nice to have more options and options for room service or bring food to our room. Our room was a large family suite which was great for our family of 5 but did not have a balcony or terrace as we had expected. There was no air flow though the room-no windows to open.
