What you see in the pictures is not the hotel that you stay in. The hotel is very old and they charge for basic amenities

Some of the staff was rude. Hotel is old and smells. Pool was dirty and slimy. False advertising, not like pics online. Staff stalks you trying to sell you stuff. They even called my room at 9am in the morning, woke me up.

Plugged toilet in room, old hotel not improvements noticed, the worst spot for sargasso on the entire hotel area. Had to look for public beaches every day. No wort your money and they charge me for an extra adult for a 15 year old but Expedia app consider kids from 0-17 years

The music in the pool is extremely loud during the entertainment activities. The Conditioner at the shower did not work, it dripped all the time. The restaurant and some aisles seem to be cleaned with a dirty/smelly clothe, so they stinked. I reported this and it was improved, but you should pay attention to that. All inclusive is not worth it. I will stay elsewhere next time

The overall stay was beautiful. However, the was an issue with having hot water to shower and the water pressure was low after a hot long day of excursions. Also, the ocean view side requires renovations. Paying this type of cash money for a room should feel and look like you are coming into an oasis. The rooms are bland only the view was spectacular and hotel events were nice. Service amazing….

GREAT LOCATION , EVERYTHING WAS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE IS HOW EARLY THE POOL AND HOTEL RESTAURANTS CLOSE.
