PROS Location, amazing views, and for the most part the food is really good (Italian and French was our favorite). The spa services especially massages are really good too, just very expensive. CONS Staff, evening shows, no plastic straws, expensive photos.

We loved the beach and pool options, everything was clean and spacious. We also loved our room with the swim out pool! The water in the pool was HOT, so it made swimming at night ideal but not great during the day.

Let me start by saying WOW…Amazing Vacation…Staff Excellent! My husband and I have been to Hyatt Ziva twice in Mid-December for our anniversary and what excellent experiences we had both times. When we left this year…I told my husband we are coming back next year! Everything is top notch! From the moment we were picked up at the airport by Alejandro our driver (he greeted us with “Welcome Home”), our butlers (Josue & Eduardo)(Yes Butlers….I kid you not), (Ceaser, Lupita, and Ramiro-they were so good-my husband and I fell asleep during our massages) at the Zen SPA, Daniel and Lauren at the Punta Vista Bar, all the wait staff especially the Tradewinds staff (I wish I could remember his name :o( - (lost my card where I wrote his name down) we were treated like Royalty We stayed in the Turquoise Tower adults-only. We had an amazing view of the ocean from our corner unit (Room 823-same as last year). The resort is beautiful and provides stunning views of the Caribbean, the most comfortable beds and rooms, delicious food (The hotel has multiple restaurants and they were all great.), clean beautiful beach, excellent staff (Each employee is kind, pleasant, and personable. Almost always they greet you with a hand over their heart, and it seems like it's meant.). I can't even find one negative point to report back. I just wish I wrote everyone’s name down because they all gave such a magnificent service! Everything at the resort met the Hyatt standard!

You couldn't ask for a better location and staff. Joel, our butler was amazing and handled everything for us. Eric at Lorenzo's treated my wife and I like royalty along with Angel at Tre Cervesas. We also really enjoyed Raul on the beach by light house, amazing time for us and already looking to go back!

This is our 8th times out of 15th times in CanCun at this resort. We have tried other 5 stars resorts but found this one to be the best for its location,service and pricing. This time our group of 18 people and all are very satisfied with everything this resort has offered except for the food at the Italian restaurant (we tried all the dishes but none were acceptable)so we went to the buffet :). Other restaurants food are pretty good. We ll be back next year for our family vacation. All is good!!! Thank you Hyatt Ziva for your excellent service in making our vacation a blast!! See you in 2019 !!! Hoorah !!
