Staff were all very attentive. I loved the little food options on club level, and the whole setup was very relaxing. One rather jarring moment was booking a car through the 8th floor Conceirge, which was priced to me at $200 US from Cancun to PDC (usually $75). I declined that price and booked it myself online. Take note that Conceirge pricing may be artificially inflated for no reason. Best book things online.

This is the kind of place you don’t want to write a review to keep it for yourself. Service is great. Fantino restaurant is amazing and location is unbeatable. You 10 great restaurants walking distance. I come here at least once a year and will be coming back. PS. This hotel used to be the Ritz Carlton. I definitely recommend it!

The service is 100% flawless here…which is why I continue to return. The rooms are starting to look a little frazzled (sheets had holes, bathrooms are VERY out of date, paint was peeling). But I will return solely for the amazing service. However, I do hope some serious remodeling is in the near future.

Cuartos muy bien como de costumbre, las amenidades y el staff muy atentos. La comida es algo que deben de trabajar. Creo que ya no está a las alturas de un hotel cinco estrellas. El ambiente también, la música desactualizada; playlists del año 2000. La carta de bebidas también pudiera mejorar, te forza a pedir algo caro, especialmente con la carga de vino. Incluso más caro el vino y el programa de bebidas que en Nizuc. La comida comparando con Nizuc muy por debajo. El desayuno incluso ya no es lo mismo de antes. Yo atiendo a este hotel desde hace unos 20 años. No es lo que era antes. También me da mucha lástima el piso que pusieron en el salón principal del desayuno, perdió mucha elegancia. Las tiendas boutique también muy desactualizadas. Los precios del transporte inflados casi al doble. El bar como mencioné un ambiente muy desactualizado incluso ya no con el ambiente de alta gama. Luces de colores, se perdió mucha elegancia. El fantino extremadamente caro para la calidad de alimentos y bebidas. Ojalá le pongan la atención que merece el lugar y se actualizen. Tienen la mejor playa de Cancún y es una lástima que tomen por garantía que los huéspedes puedan disfrutar ofreciendo una carta de alimentos tan mediocre. Lo digo con toda sinceridad, como menciono le tengo mucho cariño al lugar y me da la impresión que han bajado sus estándares.
