Loved everyone about this accommodation. The room is comfortable. The balcony is spacious with amazing views! The jacuzzi was perfect to end my night with, especially with the night time views. It was absolutely perfect and a great highlight. I love that the mall was next door! I was given an access key to quickly get into the mall. So many food options to choose at great prices. I highly recommend this one for sure!

Staff was generally friendly helpful and supportive. however the cleaning crew would agree to an alt cleaning schedule and not show up. Room upon arrival looked like it had been cleaned but hadn’t been used in a while and no new cleaning prior to arrival but everything was in moderate condition. Biggest downside was the beds were hard as ROCKs and the pillows were flat and not very supportive.

The property is nice in downtown cancun. Note it is connected to a mall and there are stores/bars/restaurants close by because this is not an all inclusive stay. there’s no bar nor restaurant within the hotel. Staff is nice and helpful. I would stay here again. Room is nice and spacious (I stayed in a king size balcony by myself).

He ido en otras ocasiones y la limpieza ha estado increíble, sin embargo esta vez no fue así . Me encontré con una baño sucio, toallas con olor a humedad, el grifo del lavamanos sucio. Por lo demás todo bien pero sería bueno que trabajaran en esos aspecto.

“It was very difficult to sleep at night, as the music from the nearby clubs and bars could be heard at a very high volume in the room. The windows did not provide sufficient insulation. The staff, however, was excellent — attentive, friendly, and very helpful.
