We I’ve stayed at many all inclusive, hotels, all around Mexico. I would say this is a huge resort. The check-in took over two hours. And was a bit disappointed that we were offered an upsell at the time of check-in. The up sale would get us many more restaurants and reservation restaurants to eat at. Without the upsell, we only got two buffet options - one on each side of the resort. And they were the same basically, two reservation options an Italian and a steak and snack food at the pool area. We were able to find things to eat every day, but the buffet food was pretty much the same all the time.We were able to make it into one of the reservation, restaurants, and the f pool was nice. You had to get up very early to get a pool chair. Limited beach chairs.We did get a beach view for our room

Wrong bed , broken fridge , check in took 45 min - and there was ONLY 2 people in front of us . Staff seemed to not really care , worst check in experience ever .

I came to this resort last year and every thing was great when it came to the rooms, staff, cleanliness, accommodations. However, this year was the complete opposite unfortunately. We booked 3 months in advance for 18 people and when we arrived they put all of us in different buildings even though we requested to be in same building. The rooms were requested as double beds and they were almost all king beds. Then the rooms themselves were very dirty in each building and they had cockroaches and just very dirty and falling apart. The paint is chipping inside and out. The staff wouldn’t put our families in the same building and it was very hard for the older people to walk from one side to the other because of this. We would have to keep asking for towels and toilet paper and water and most of the time they wouldn’t bring it to us until we asked 2 times. The buffet was a whole other nightmare. They wouldn’t let us sit together or close in tables and the quality of the food is just terrible. Even the restaurant foods are all the same as buffet and everything is watered down and tasteless including the foods and drinks and desserts. On top of that we weren’t aware the casino had closed down and turned into a restaurant and other shops were only for exclusive members. We were really disappointed in this resort this time and won’t be going again especially when both times we were 15+ people

The room was good. The hotel was a maze and it was confusing which restaurants were available. Overall it was ok. We were there for a cheer competition. If I could do it again I would have paid for the Pyramid instead of Oasis.

This property was beautiful but when I got in my room I was heavily disappointed. It looks nothing like the pictures. Everything in the room is old. My room was dirty when I checked in. My sheets were dirty. The bathroom was dirty and the materials were old and my bathroom was flooded while I was asleep the first night. The curtain fell. The remote control didn’t work, like the Netflix and YouTube buttons didn’t work. The food In the property wasn’t that good. Man It was a nightmare. The view and the nice workers soften the blows.

Room was on. Not stocked upon arrival. Was quickly restocked after we put a request in. Food was horrible for the most part. They should be ashamed of the late night offerings, which was just whatever was leftover from the dinner buffet. Beach club was a lot of fun. Check in and checkout was efficient and staff was friendly.

Great experience over all. however, be aware of how big this hotel is...it is massive and you can easily get lost. Signage coming out the rooms towards the pool, beach other amenities should be more clear. Beach Club was fun!

Over all the property was nice, however every single night between midnight and 2am the resort has the truck to collect the garbage, these guys were unreasonably loud everynight waking us up and im not a light sleeper, the food overall was decent and they have a great beach but with hardly any seats, theres no casino anymore, and the kiddo zone isnt a shared pool for families your kid can only play in there if there 4 so in my opinion ive been to resorts near by with similar deals than have offered abit more
