Would not recommend. The rooms were extremely outdated. Paint was flaking off walls, outlets and light switches clearly hadn’t been cleaned long enough for dirt to buildup around them. The 4th floor smelled like dirty mop water for the entire trip. The sink wouldn’t drain properly. The food was possibly the worst I’ve had. Would definitely spend the extra 1k to go to a very nice all inclusive.

Entire hotel grounds needed a good cleaning and renovation. The staff were friendly but not attentive at all. It’s advertised as a 3-4 star and that is false. The food was mediocre at best and the drinks were watered down with cheap alcohol. There was no security on the grounds and Simone could just want into the hotel without anyone stopping them. Travelocity needs to take this hotel off of there website as an option.

The hotel was dirty and needed a good renovation. The staff were friendly but bit attentive at all. The food was mediocre and the drinks were watered down with cheap alcohol. There was not security onsite that saw, and someone could walk up from the beach into the grounds. Travelocity needs to take this hotel off of their site as an option.

We had a great time and enjoyed all the food. We came just to stay the night and relax before our flight but it was nice spot and everyone was friendly and helpful. The check in experience is top tier. One thing to note is that there’s not much entertainment. If you’re looking for that you’ll need to do tours. I think a game room or similar would’ve been nice. Todo fue excelente, excepto en el restaurante Azul, donde el mesero trataba muy bien a los turistas, pero a nosotros, que hablábamos español, nos ignoró y, cuando le pedimos café, se fue, así que tuvimos que ir a otro lugar. Esto nos pasó tanto ayer en la cena, como hoy en la mañana con otro mesero; en el mismo lugar, fue la misma preferencia.

Staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I can complain about was room was located directly across from the elevator (noisy), and the use of a scent infuser in the lobby and at the bar area. Very overwhelming for those of us who are sensitive to fragrances. The food was good at the buffet and Azul. We only stayed one night, so that is all we were able to sample.
