Everything is awesome. The courtesy of the team is amazing. I have been all over the world and by far this is the best hotel with the best staff with the nicest people extremely helpful. I love you guys. Royalton is the best I would love to mention at least five of the best,but it wouldn’t be fair for the other twenty or thirty that are also awesome

I would never stay here again. This is not a resort. It’s more like a hotel. Pool and beach chair area too small to accommodate the amount of people at the resort. Food is not good. Elevators are horrible. Room looked nice and view was great. Tv doesn’t allow connection to Netflix and other apps. Shower had a sewage smell. The best thing about this place is the beach. It’s very clean and the lifeguard goes out of his way to ensure safety when the water is choppy. It was impressive.

I recently stayed at Royalton Chic and came away genuinely impressed. The location is excellent, perfectly situated with easy access to everything, and the property itself is beautiful. The hotel is modern and elegant with a stylish atmosphere that really enhances the overall experience. The food was very good across the resort. The buffet was a pleasant surprise with a wide variety of options, and we had no trouble finding many items we liked. A few standout favorites made the trip even more memorable. The chicken wings at the Sports Bar were outstanding and quickly became our go-to snack, and the Margarita pizza at the Italian restaurant was absolutely delicious. Both were far better than we expected from an all-inclusive resort. What truly set this stay apart was the level of service. Our butlers, Esteban and Samara, were phenomenal. They were attentive, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Their dedication made a real difference in the quality of our vacation. Tonantzi at the buffet was just lovely as well. She went out of her way on two separate occasions to arrange a special table for dinner for us, and even had a special dessert prepared as a thoughtful gesture. It was her favorite dessert, and it was such a warm personal touch that she certainly did not have to provide. We appreciated her kindness very much. The water was perfect and the beach is exquisite. Very nice resort. The bartenders and food service staff are excellent. The food options are diverse and very good. The rooftop pool is really fun! Shoutout to Diego and Luis at regular pool, Daniel and ONeal at Level 18! Proximity to the beach is great and they maintain the beach very nicely!!! Only complaint is elevators and room cleaning. Don’t plan to get anywhere quickly. There is no rhyme or reason so don’t bother…just be patient! We were also disappointed with room cleaning. They don’t routinely restock the mini bar or coffee or straighten the bathroom. They basically make the bed and leave. We left our person a $5 tip requesting a few beers for the mini fridge. She took the tip and didn’t restock the fridge or the coffee! Overall we would come back, just a friendly heads up to prepare for a couple things!

The hotel was just ok. One of the queen bed mattress had a big indentation in the middle so was uncomfortable and kept rolling inwards during sleep. Fire alarm went off 3 or 4 times in the early morning (for no reason) waking us up. We were on the 13 floor so it was a hassle to get an elevator up or down due to elevators not functioning/broken and packed with people. We had 2 Butlers but didn't see them after the first day and didn't find them overly helpful or needed. Food was average, sometimes below average. The best meals we had were breakfast in the buffet. One of the main considerations in booking the hotel was the promoted $600 hotel credit but was disappointed to receive a coupon book upon check-in with $15-25 off different purchase options such as bottle wine or spa services. It felt like that was misrepresentation of the hotel credit benefit--it was more of a discount coupon book which we really weren't able to use. On a positive note, the location on the beach was beautiful. Also, the evening entertainment was good. We love Cancun and had a nice holiday overall but would not stay at this property again.

Staff was nice esp. Beatriz, the housekeeper. Special mention to Eliseo, from the restaurant, who gave me the papaya I requested on 12/27 when I couldn’t find it on Elements Buffet Restaurant. Other waiters like Fernando(Jaime), Ricardo and Edival were so friendly and accommodating. The place was so clean and bed was comfy. It is a walking distance to shopping malls. The restaurants serve good food but you need reservation to most restaurants except the Elements Buffet Restaurant. Food in Elements were good but because I have been to RIU, Warwick Hotel and Moon Palace, I would say their food is very limited. The good thing is they can prepare the food according to your request, like no salt, no pepper, etc. Also, they are open for long hours. There was Free Room Service and they are so quick, within 10-15 minutes, it was delivered to my room on Xmas Day. We couldn’t close the shower door but when I requested a repair it was done so quickly. Entertainment was all night during our stay. My 2 daughter(24) and special son(22) enjoyed it. We will come back to this place!

Nice, small (compared to some in costa mujres) so intimate and cool. You can easily get to know ppl. Some parties here and there, could improve to make it more adult type. Change Adult to an actual Adult like over 21…I’ve seen more families with younger kids 18+. Overall, I would return, door place and decent food. Beautiful Beach!!!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Mexico. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding and made us feel truly welcome. The staff was always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. A special mention goes to our butler Esteban, who provided exceptional service throughout our stay.
