They wouldn’t let you in the pools because they set up a dinner. When it rained they have nothing in doors to do. They took money from my husbands wallet in our room. I’ll never go back . I paid to upgrade and once I bitched the day before I left did I get the service I paid for.

The pools had so many tiles missing. The beach had sea weed all over. I paid for up grade and did t get it till night before I left. Money was taken from my husbands wallet because we did not know they came into the room anytime they wanted. I will never go back there.

Property condition is ok, a little bit old. Bathtub is broken. Service is good. Food is ok. Bring your cash for Tips. However excursion is not meet my expectation. Bring cash or money exchange into peso to pay for excursion bc if you pay by credit card, you will get charge more. A lot more. Like $300 cash, but if you pay by credit card it will be $350.

This was absolutely one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The food in inedible. The staff is rude. The place is old. The restaurants are over run. They should be ashamed to say this is 4.5 star resort. Do not stay here.

I went to this resort with a college friend for a long weekend getaway. Upon arrival, we were told our rooms were not available, and the front desk staff handed us off to additional staff who tried to upsell us on spa packages, dinners on the beach, and a two-hour presentation at the property next-door similar to a timeshare presentation. We were hot and tired from traveling and did not want to be forced into activities before we even saw the property. The food was decent, but by day three, we noticed a lot of similarities on the buffet. The evening entertainment options were very limited and pretty basic. Several of the staff members were very kind and helpful and always said hello and offered help.

Food rated 2 out of 5 Did not have avocado, mangoes available. 2 staples of this country. Restaurant food no variety Need to stop staff from pushing vacation rentals. They need to fix the 1 pool too many missing tiles in the floor and sides of pool. Need better assortment of activities gor guests. The beach photos online not the same as being there in person. In person there weee lots of rocks and brown seaweed at the shoreline. It was not the pristine light blue water seen in photos.

We had a very pleasant stay with multiple dining options, all the restaurants were excellent and specially the Asian sushi place . The servers were very kind to bring us non alcoholic drinks and also helped me with my baby’s food. Great staff! Highly recommend this beautiful scenic resort with direct beach access.

They do have a 24/7 coffee shop, we did preferred and they did do taco orders, ceviche, burritos, and more. It was really good! I REALLY WISH THERE WAS AN ADULTS POOL. The kids were everywhere at preferred club pool and were horrible because they kept spraying everyone with the waterfall spout in the middle. I watched one guy yell at them because he was so fed up of 4 days of constant craziness. There’s 2 other pools that were big and they wanted to stay there and I mean all the kids. I have a child so I don’t mind them but these kids were bad! My mom had to get up at 5 am and stay there to get a chair at the preferred club pool. There’s maybe 30 total? The beach has plenty of chairs for preferred side and you probably don’t need to wake up early. The sargassum this time was actually disgusting but that’s not the hotels fault. I give the actual resort and food a 5/10 but the beach brings it up a couple notches because the water is so clear and calm which is perfect for my kid. I would not go here if I wasn’t traveling with my kid AT ALL. The resort does need to be renovated but on the bright side the beds are comfy. The shower has a handle.We were there for the beach which is the star of the show at this resort, but unfortunately it looked like mud water. I also came for my mom’s birthday and we asked if they could decorate her door and that never happened.

Very nice and quiet resort the workers are wonderful and very respectful not a lot of activities to do in the resort but there is a lot very close not a lot of dining options and the shower doesnt drain fast takes 5 minutes that is all i have to say about this resort wonderful for families.
