The hotel itself was nice even though there was some issues with the elevators, my main issue with this hotel was that when I booked the room online it made it look like I was getting an ALL INCLUSIVE experience but when I got to the hotel the front desk staff told me I had only booked a room, so I had to purchase an all inclusive wrists bands for my family and I. I felt blindsided by the hotel and expedia for not making this information clear in their website. Another issue I had was that after getting the all inclusive wrist bands, there was still certain drinks or meals that weren't part of the all inclusive plan, at this point I had to be conscious of anything I was ordering because it felt like there was hidden fees everywhere I looked. For example room service was part of the all inclusive but there was a fee for delivery service. Another one is that beach beds that were by the hotel's pool also came with a fee. My last issue was the staff, I would say 2 out of 10 people were nice and helpful anyone else always had an attitude and was agitated. It made me feel unwanted at a place I had booked for a relaxing vacation. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Let me begin by saying the staff try's hard to please .. The layout of the hotel can be difficult for those that have difficulty with stairs. I found the food selections to be limited with limited salad selections. You would expect to have an outdoor bar overlooking the water, but the options were limited to a pool bar with loud music or an indoor sports bar with limited seating. Rooms are nice but as an overall resort experience, I feel this property is not geared to the US A.I. market.

Loved the property and its diect accessibility to the beach. The property was under renovations so not all the pools were available and the pools they did have seemed to have a lot less water. (weird right!?) We got the super saver room and I was pleasantly impressed. Room was clean, updated, and I didnt have any complaints about the beds and pillows. (We slept very well) we also got theakl inclusive and we weren't disappointed, the food was so good! No need to go out and get food. They even have 3 restaurants you can get reservations for that come along with your all inclusive. We booked with Expedia and didnt have any issues with the reservation. They even accomodated our room to be close to our friends who had areived the day before. You'll love it, we will be coming back soon! ❤️

Everything in the Emporio hotel was excellent with all their staff being super. The only issue that we had and it isn’t the hotel itself was that the beach wasn’t that good with big and strong waves. I’m already thinking about our next visit to this hotel. Good and drinks were abundant and excellent.

The name of the property is called emporio all-inclusive. You have to pay extra for the all-inclusive. Hotel is very outdated. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The reception worker when I check in with my family .He lied to me siad that my room was ocean view when was pool view so when I confronted he said my manager tell me to give you tha room.The cleaning service is the worse and when you ask for something to the receptionist they said don’t we got it 1:25 later I have to ask somebody from the staff and finally gotten
