Pros: Nice ocean view. Can walk from the resort to the beach. There were three consistent food options, the Cua buffet which was open for breakfast. It was okay, it was reliable but repetitive/ including same breakfast options if an omelette bar and waffles. Fasano, which was an Uruguayan sit-down restaurant was what my family liked the most. The octopus cracklings and carpaccio were good choices. Our servers there were always so kind and attentive and we loved them. Bacoli was the other restaurant that required a reservation- Italian restaurant- standard food such as Calamari, fettuccine, and a seafood pasta that I liked.! Entrees were so-so but the Dessert was delicious. *Make the reservations for the restaurants as soon as you can b/c it fills up Sunset grille/Cua were the two buffet options. Standard but breakfast was very repetitive. I enjoyed the unlimited smoothies through all-inclusive! Def worth all-inclusive. Cons: Construction was going on throughout my stay. The adult infinity pool was closed and the jacuzzi was not heated past room temp. When I checked in, there was a mishap with the check-in lady saying I didn’t have all-inclusive. This was eventually sorted out but def double check the booking to make sure you clicked the all-inclusive button! Overall, I had a good time but I think it could be better with more food options and less issues with staff/resort. This is a good starter resort for your first time in Cancun.

Emporio was worth every dollar. Staff are pleasant, food court buffet was 👌 The beach did not disappoint,it was beyond expectations. Calm and quiet spaces on Hotel ground was a good bonus. Excursions agents at lobby of Hotel was a good service 👍 In all..Will be planning another visit 💯✔️✨️

The room was clean and modern but very noisy and and cold, with no additional blankets. The room service experience was terrible and being refused to order wine with our meal was silly. Generally, the level of service at this hotel was poor.

Family of 4 (2A/2C) Pros: •Name brand alcohol included with the all inclusive I.e Hornito, Jose Cuervo, Jim bean. •Def go to the sunset grill for lunch probably •Hotel design. The hotel had different levels and lounge areas to hang out. Cons: •There was construction at the pool area and pool bar at the infinity pool. Personally it didn’t bother me and it was understandable being the off season. •Kids were not allowed at the infinity pool. I found this annoying because it had the best view and the kids enjoyed this pool the most. •There were 3 restaurants on the property. 2 that needed reservations that were had to get and the 3rd was a buffet style which was easily accessible. •No snack area(ice cream/cake/coffee) included in the all inclusive I had a good experience at Emporio Cancun. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located right on the beach. The rooms were comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly. Great atmosphere, and the beach area was gorgeous with plenty of space to unwind. Overall, Emporio Cancun provided an excellent mix of comfort, service, and scenery. That being said the all inclusive amenities, pools/area need improvement. It seems a more adult/couple resort than a family resort. I would stay here again.

I do appreciate the place. This is our third time with Emporio. It is a place for families looking to spend a good time. I love it Because it is not a typical resort It is a hotel if you get the all inclusive you could enjoy snacks, the dinner and drinks, the only thing that was annoying is that if you get the snacks they dont let you take them out of the eating area, so I ordered nachos and instead of being able to eat them outside I had to sit down and eat them inside of the bar area at a table missing time with my loved ones. That was weird, they could probably give you a smaller size in you are taking out, but overall the staff waitressing is extremely lovely. Also, it would be nice if the pools could be warmer when the weather is not hot because we were freezing after 6pm. Also please fix the Jacuzzis. The breakfast is amazing. The staff is wonderful. But, I would like to see a little bit more of a better customer service, when checking in, please consider that Taxi drivers are extremely scary when you are trying to find one to take you to the hotel. We were very stressed out and tired by the time we were checking I wish they could be faster and kinder. Overall it is a GOOD hotel and I would be back. I loved getting a massage by the beach, and spending time with my family. The views are great and the food was awesome. Love you Emporio.💙

It's a mega resort hotel so if that's your jam, you'll love it. It's gorgeous, the facilities are great but it is on hotel road so there's nothing around there except hotels and beach. Its lovely though.

Staff not friendly, no one seems to speak a little English to communicate. Place is under construction, minimal activities. Food selection very little, the buffet is small. They only have 2 restaurants and it’s hard to make reservations but the restaurant was half empty once we got in. Do not recommend, we stayed at 8 other resorts in the same area and this is by far the worse, was there Nov 2025
