lovely grand old school hotel, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. great pool and gym. beautiful lobby. the rooms and decor in other areas are elegant but perhaps starting to look a little dated and tired. It would be spectacular with a more contemporary refurb. the restaurants onsite are a little overpriced and uninviting. overall a great hotel experience.

The Kempinski Hotel in Cancun was an incredible experience. The entire property was spotless, and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and made the stay even better. The poolside food was the best I’ve ever had in my life, hands down. Everything about the trip was enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend!
