Property is great showing little sign of age but classical style of 5 star hotel. Breakfast was great especially Angel had us covered every day. Heated pools and great beach . Not too busy which makes it easy to enjoy the pools beaches and food options. Be ready to spend top $ for food and drinks which are exceptionally prepared.

10/10 from the moment I stepped out of the car. This was an incredible place to stay!! I highly recommend it if you’re in Cancún. The staff was outstanding, amenities were perfect, beach was incredible! Thank you to Michelle and others for making my birthday special!

Amazing stay! The hotel is beautiful and the staff is so attentive and nice! We have stayed here before when it was the Ritz and loved it and I would say that things are on the same level or better as it was when it was the Ritz. Rueben, the concierege on the club floor, is so helpful and friendly. The spa workers are wonderful as are the Casita's staff. Claudia and Mario took great care of us. The club lounge is beautiful and the food and drinks were delicious. Willy was the best bartender! Cannot wait to return!
