Staff good and friendly. Rooms very clean, beach stunning, enjoyable and very clean. Food amazing..!! Adult pool was great. Cons Not much to do for kids except for a small in-house day care. Family Swimming pool was a disappointment. Too much upsell when they were presenting their membership package.

I hand a wonderful stay. The only downfall was were we not aware that construction on one of the pools were underway. But the resort did have another pool (smaller) & beach access so it worked out.

We stayed in the Royal Tower and it was amazing. Our beach chairs were reserved for us and our dinnter reservations were taken care of as well. The resort was big enough to have options, yet small to get around easily. We would definitely return.

The property has beautiful grounds. Our room was spacious. Every area was well maintained and so clean! Staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was great! The beach was wide and the water was beautiful. My husband and I had a wonderful time here. I hope to return.

The paths are very bumpy and a bit challenging. They were very accommodating for a mobility challenged person with internal transfers by wheelchair or golfcart. The Mexican theme night had great food and entertainment and the Retro stage show was excellent.
