Such a clean hotel, attentive staff, quiet, calm, peaceful. There were some mosquitoes in my room the first night and some staff came immediately to spray inside and outside my room. Problem solved. So thankful.

There isn’t anything to complain about that comes to mind. Staff were well trained and so nice. Bedroom and bathroom were very clean (a must for me)! Grounds, pool area, and beach area were very well maintained. Restaurant selection/available choices were balanced with good options. Definitely had a pleasant and relaxing experience. Will visit again.

Room was great. At first they tried switching our room and told us the one we booked wasnt availabile. After the next day, the staff gave us the room we booked. It was a very busy resort and seemed too chaotic at times, especially in buffet area. Food was just okay, nothing great. Wished they had more authentic mexican food. I wouldn't recommend.
