Great property, excellent staff, great location, great food. I hate Vacation planning calling on selling memberships…. They harass me all my stay offering $25k memberships. Transportation planners stink. I lost my transfer to the airport and no one was willing to help.

El personal del hotel, amenidades, instalaciones, comida, restaurante son excelentes. Aléjate de los vacation planers, terrible servicio de coordinación de transportación, solo enfocados en vender tours y no te asisten. Nunca contestan el teléfono, intenté desde una semana antes y fue pérdida de tiempo. Despreocúpados por la atención al cliente y groseros. Los vendedores de tiempo compartido nos muy empalagosos, te llaman a toda hora. Increíble que HRH tenga vendedores ambulantes hostigando a los huéspedes.

Great resort. Food was higher quality than I’ve had at other AI’s, rooms were excellent. Great service most of the time. Nice beach, pools. No complaints. It is a fairly small resort.

We are wondering why they took a $700 deposit from us when we checked in, we checked out on December 8 and today is December 17 and we still haven’t received our $700 deposit back to our credit card, our reservation number is 2962055, please update us because my friends are also saying and wondering the same thing.
