I absolutely loved this property the food was also amazing regardless of which restaurant you picked… The rooms are a little outdated in my opinion but still nice. Pool aware was a blast that’s were we spent majority of the time.

Front desk personal it’s terrible, a hostess from El toro restaurant, disrespectful. The toilet on my room wasn’t working and the supervisor ( lady, check in spot) didn’t even care.

The worst hotel I've ever been. Old and dirty hotel. The rooms do not have ventilation, the floor, walls, bed are wet due to high humidity. It's impossible to live in it, we left on the first day

This was my third time going to Mexico and this was by far the best resort I stayed at. From the beginning of checking in to the resort. VITALIANO a worker who made me feel welcome from grabbing my bags and making it easy form the start. He also told me stuff to on the resort and made it easy for me to make plan through out my trip he was excellent. This was just one of the most relaxing and partying trips ever. And most resort can’t deliver both and HARD ROCK DID!
