This hotel it's due for upgrades (Very old furniture, old cabinets, closet doors almost falling and outdated jacuzzi), WIFI signal very poor . We booked a non-smoking room, still the smell of smoke and other staff was obvious to the point that staff had to come to the room to use air cleaning spray in the room and AC ducts.

The staff is friendly and great! The beds were like sleeping on a slab of concrete. Room service menu was only available using a QR code, which is fine except is was only available in Spanish. Maybe we just hit an off week, but many rude and disrespectful guests, adults and children. We were unable to just sit in the pool or alongside the pool and relax without kids splashing you or throwing footballs. I understand it’s a family resort, but there needs to be some rules about where the kids can play. Playing football and hitting people with it right beside the swim up bar is not ok. Needless to say, we will not be back and will discourage anybody that asks about it from going.

Totally not a 5 star hotel. It’s a 2-3 star. As far as food goes not many options and always the same. Pools are old and too small. Reception at checkin was horrible. We arrived at 12PM and they made us wait till 3PM to give us our room. We booked an ocean view room with balcony, they told us that we are getting a lagoon view. Luckily I had my package printed out and got what I paid for but they acted like they did us a favor.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff is very friendly. Spa massage on the beach was absolutely amazing! The location of the hotel is great - close to the airport, beautiful beaches with crushing waves, turquoise water and white sand.

The resort has nice beach access with nice restaurants (buffet and non-buffet) You won't have any problem with English speaking as everyone is able to communicate in English. The main issue was the internet connection and its speed.
