We I’ve stayed at many all inclusive, hotels, all around Mexico. I would say this is a huge resort. The check-in took over two hours. And was a bit disappointed that we were offered an upsell at the time of check-in. The up sale would get us many more restaurants and reservation restaurants to eat at. Without the upsell, we only got two buffet options - one on each side of the resort. And they were the same basically, two reservation options an Italian and a steak and snack food at the pool area. We were able to find things to eat every day, but the buffet food was pretty much the same all the time.We were able to make it into one of the reservation, restaurants, and the f pool was nice. You had to get up very early to get a pool chair. Limited beach chairs.We did get a beach view for our room

Staff was very rude and food was terrible. Mini fridges in all rooms do not work and elevator works half the time. If you want decent food you have to pay an extra 600$ for a black wristband. We will not be coming back.

nice view. The information of how to get to the rooms were no clear, we got lost. They didn't offer to help us. Specially with children it is hard to find the rooms. The rest it was very good. Specially the food it was great. Very nice hotel.
