Everything was good polite staff, spa was one of a kind, pool was clean as much as they can be, lots of food choices in a different resto. Room was clean with comfortable bed. The only thing I noticed was the shower floor, it was clean but slippery. Might be the quality of the flooring. Also it needs shower safety bar for senior citizens just to hold in case. Over all we had a good time. Thank you all!!

Almost everything at Finest is great. One issue is the kids area does not have a bar and you’re not allowed to bring any drinks so spending all day at the kids area would leave the parents with not much to do since adults cannot use the water park. The Finest in Punta Cana has the blob thing in the main pool so the kids can play all day and the adults can enjoy themselves also.

Nos quedamos en una habitacion con piscina privada. La piscina necesitaba mantenimiento y limpieza. Tenia zonas oxydadas y moho. El baño de la habitacion tambien necesitaba mas limpieza. La comida estaba buena aunque el tiempo de espera para los restaurantes era alrededor de una hora.. casi nunca pudimos disfrutar del.show en el treatro por esta razon. Nos quedamos en un hotel de la misma compañia en Punta Cana que nos gusto mucho mas y la habitacion y piscina tenian una limpieza impecable

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Finest. The food was overall good, with Surf and Turf being the standout restaurant — we truly enjoyed our meal there. We traveled with our 10-year-old son. Although he found the kids’ club a bit too young and boring for his age, he really enjoyed the pools. The staff were very attentive and always did their best to meet our needs. Room service was quick and excellent. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel also honored our Expedia VIP status, which made us feel even more valued as guests. As a young African American family, we sometimes worry about experiencing anti-Blackness while traveling. Unfortunately, this has happened to us before in places like the Dominican Republic. However, we did not experience that here, which made our stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is simply because nowhere is perfect, and there are always some areas for improvement. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we are already looking forward to returning soon.

We loved this resort so much! The resort grounds were beautiful! This is the perfect size of resort, you can walk from one side to the other in 5 minutes. We loved all of the quieter pools in front of each building! The kids club was awesome! Our little guy loved going to the shows nightly, we appreciated a few adult only dinners! The food and drinks were good! The steakhouse and French restaurants were our favorites for dinner. We enjoyed the nightly shows, the Mexican night was our favorite! All inclusive vacations are not our favorite type of vacation, but we did enjoy this one! We would definitely choose this resort again!

This resort is a great option for families with small children. The beach is beautiful. The kids club is great for children. The food was good in all restaurants. The rooms need a bit of updating, there is not much privacy in the restrooms. If you are looking for a comfortable room for families I would look into staying in the family suite options or maybe adding an additional room. What impressed me the most was the exceptional service from everyone at the resort. We visited the spa one day and did a couples package which was amazing. Overall I recommend this resort!

My wife and I have traveled to Cancun multiple times within the last decade and have discovered this place for the very first time. Staff is by far the best we have ever had the pleasure to be around. The customer service is amazing!! Caribbean waters were always swimming and wadeable, beach was pristine with plenty of cabanas, wait staff made sure you were catered to with refreshments and food. Pools were not over crowded and yes plenty of staff. Grounds are elegantly maintained throughout the entire resort. Restaurants and nightlife also over and beyond. Rooms are very spacious with multiple options. We went with the rooftop pool option and will try the swim out option next time. We have done mega resorts and smaller resorts and this one is just right. Finest Playa Mujeres is the very best option you can do for Staff, Resort and Cost when considering a Cancún experience!!!
