This was my first time at a Planet Hollywood and boy was I impressed. The staff was absolutely amazing (Karla, Itai, Spa, Front desk.. everyone) was simply amazing. The sports bar has the best philly cheese steak I've ever had. Beaches are beautiful, spa was great (best massage) luxury accommodations and great onsite shopping. Will definitely return.

Staff was amazing. We did have an incident during our stay but the staff was amazing and made sure it didn’t affect the rest of our holiday. Handled extremely well. Our guest services rep was amazing. Our first room was great and when we received an upgrade it was even better!!! Love that almost all of the room have a view of the ocean (at least on the adult side). Brazilian restaurant was definitely the best out of all that we tried. Buffet was decent but was overly crowded as the restaurants were hard to get in.

Ourstay at Planet Hollywood adult scene in Cancun

Beautiful hotel with an amazing beach. Hotel staffs were great and always friendly. Our room was always cleaned thanks to housekeeping. The bartenders, servers, Bell person and registration were super friendly. The restaurants they have are OK. My favorite one was the buffet. Overall, my experience was great and I would definitely book this hotel again.

We had a great time at Planet Hollywood..The grounds, staff, activities and amenities were better than expected. Our concierge Marla is an asset for Planet Hollywood. My 80 year old mother mase the trip with is and we needed a wheelchair for her and Marla handled our request like a pro. Also, Diego and Frankie Boy kept our glasses full during our poolside visit. I would bring my family to this resort again.

Only thing i didn't care for was the fact that you had to download too many QR codes just to see what was going on at the resort and to reserve a table at any of the restaurants and to see their menu. And there is not enough activities on the adult side. I would recommend this resort. 12/12/2024.

We love the fact that it was adult only dining options even at the buffet. Staff new us by name even if we did not interact with them through out the stay. Thonly did a great job making sure to give us his picks on where to eat. The resort was clean. The staff ensure we were taking car of.

The majority of the staff want to make sure that your trip is as pleasant, enjoyable and memorable as possible. Ricky Bobby helped with our daughter's 30th birthday celebration with decorating our cabanas and delivering her a cake. And Hector was amazing in getting whatever our hearts desired.
