We had to move rooms, which we knew was a possibility. But it was a cluster. The front desk told us one thing, the luggage people told us another, and it seemed like no one really knew what was going on with that. In addition, dinner reservations were stupid. And another thing that everyone we talked to had a different answer. One person told us we could only make a reservation for that day (not future days), and we couldn’t get anything until 9pm. Then we couldn’t even get a reservation one day, even though we called as soon as the desk opened. And the person said: why didn’t you make reservations for every day you’re here on the first day? But we couldn’t! The lack of communication/different info was very frustrating to us.

We either booked at the perfect time or the facilty is just that spacious that we never felt over crowded or like there were too many people. It was the perfect quiet vacation spot for our laid back family. The room was amazing and our housekeeper was the sweetest, I wanted to bring her home with us! The beach does have some errosion, but completely not the resorts fault and it is walkable to more open less erroded beach space. Would stay here again and again.

We travelled here with two young kids. We felt safe our entire stay and every pool had fun to offer. Property was beautifully kept and rooms clean. Food was great, we had one gluten free traveller with us who was well accommodated throughout the trip. The beach is eroded but there are still spaces to sit by the ocean, go for a quick dip, and build sandcastles. The only other drawback is the rather continuous pressure to attend the timeshare talks but after a few days it was realized we were not interested. We also had to use the hotel Doctor during our stay and he was very helpful and provided excellent care

The room and the facilities were nice. The staff was always good. Everything was well maintained. The buffet restaurant was just okay. I have definately been to better. The beach is horrible, basically non usable. If you are wanting to stay in that area you might as well save some money and stay at an inland resort. The beaches are that bad right now. I would probably give 4 stars if the beaches were not so bad.

The food and service is good. I have been here several times in the past and rented both A and B sides. The Deluxe suite is misleading and you can not rent both sides on Expedia. Warning! There is no beach. The ocean comes up to the beach front restaurant and some of the beach front rooms. There are ocean barriers to help with the erosion. This again is not reflected in the website photos. The plus is that the pool is nice and everything is clean. But if you are looking for the beach that is in the website photos it’s not there. I wish I can upload photos

Yes, room was cleaned, but did not help my situación with the wheelchair, to small, did not give a bigger unless pay more money( upgrade), for a handicap person? Service personal very helpful, front desk a management very bad. Food was ok, not entertainment at all, hotel is boring. Can not get reservation for dinner, only 5:00 or 8:00 other times are given to members or owners in advance, Not coming back here at all.

Maid service was great but somewhat some things were forgotten...not enough coffee...cleaning rags left...overall not really anything big...the honestly of your staff is amazing and so much appreciated. My daughter in another room forgot to close their safe....nothing was touched...Another daughter left out a precious necklace...moved it but not taken...we will certainly come again!
