The Ocean Maya Royale was one of the best all inclusive resorts me and my husband have stayed at. The food was great, the room was clean, and the staff was fantastic! The shows and daily activities were fun. The beach was nice as well. The sports bar bartenders were awesome! Room service was a nice perk. Plus loved having all of the hotel info located on the app!

I will say the resort is beautiful, very clean and nice staff. But the food was not good. The only restaurant we enjoyed was the hibachi and the buffet (but even that was hit or miss). Also, definitely more of a resort for older white people. There was barely any diversity in race or age.

Loved the atmosphere. Beautiful plants and displays to take pictures with. Music plays outside along the walkways adding to the serene atmosphere. Lots of fun activities to do everyday and shows every night. Staff is absolutely amazing and accommodating! Would definitely go back to this resort! Great non-alcoholic options as well!

Came here with a few of my friends for my 30th birthday! The staff was AMAZING from check-in to day to day activities at the pool or just getting to know them! I felt so included in things and by the end of the trip I was so sad to go! The place is beautiful and peaceful with bits of fun!! I will definitely be coming back here! I also met some of the most amazing people who were so friendly and welcoming to my group. Couldn’t recommend this place more.
