Loved the hut room idea. Rooms were amazing air conditioner awesome. Main food area very warm. Recommend open air or fans... bar area up there not very inviting. Maybe music would be good there... not a game stopper but area to improve. Pool servers were awesome. Pool bartenders not as friendly. We are used to getting to know our bartenders, they were not too open to that. Alejandro and Manuel were amazing!!!

There are many events going on throughout the day. It was never boring even if I was just laying out all day. They had music, bingo, pool games etc. you didn’t feel pressured to play, but it was nice to pass the time if you don’t like just laying out all day.

staff was very very helpful, room was ok, the bathroom could use some upgrades, the food was very good, pool was very nice never crowded, the grounds were very very nice, i would go back

I really like the 8-room, "hut" style of the room buildings. The grounds are beautiful. The staff is wonderful. The food is decent but does get monotonous. And so does the loud music by the pool. Even though there is a "quiet pool", it is still in direct line of the speaker which is almost always cranked with music from 10-5. The beach is lovely, although the seaweed in Feb 2019 was overwhelming. They did their best, but it still accumulated very quickly and made walking the beach a little gross.

Very nice service staff and location. But I upgraded to a Premium Room because it was supposed to have a full minibar with top shelf liquor and snacks, in addition to better location and wifi in the room. But there was no top shelf liquor and snacks in the room, and when I asked for it at the front desk, they said it wasn't available. Kind of a rip-off.
