My boyfriend and I had an amazing time! No complaints! Staff were incredibly friendly, food was delicious (Mama Mia and Teppanyaki are a must do) beach is beautiful and convenient with a bar and restaurant right on it. Buffet options were delicious! Will be going back soon :) snorkelling felt like a dream and honestly the whole trip did.

The staff was excellent, but the property left a lot to be desired. Many advertised amenities, such as children's pool area, are only available if you upgrade your room upon arrival for additional cost and not included in the all inclusive. Most restaurants are completely booked upon arrival so you'll mostly only be able to eat at the buffet. The food options do not vary much from day to day. The rooms are very dated and smell like mold. Our room was also recently painted and the smell between mold and paint was not pleasant.

Hotel, Seguridad, limpieza excelente, la mayoría del staff fue muy ameno, la comida estuvo bien, lo malo la majadería de querer venderte cosas que tú no pediste, y el mal trato y comentarios estúpidos de algunos miembros de ventas especiales los “suoervisores” que al tú no querer comprar algo que no pediste ni siquiera ver , se molesten y hasta te falten el respeto sin motivo, además de no avisar en ningún medio que el hotel está bajo renovación y la mitad del hotel está cerrado y aún así cobrando el mismo dinero que si estuviera sin problema alguno.

It was a beautiful resort, the part of it that was open. I did not know until I arrived 1/2 of the resort was closed due to renovations. So the pools, restaurants I was looking forward to were not open, including the gym, the sports bar and much more. The beach was completely covered in seaweed-they tried their best to clean up-but overwhelming.

The property is nice however it runs perpendicular to the beach so if you have a room way up front it's quite a walk to the beach. We were at the very closest you could be to the beach so that was nice. While we were there they were renovating half of the resort so that was very disappointing because we were supposed to be on the other side and the resort was half the size it was supposed to be. The amenities are very nice and all of the restaurants that we ate at were very good. Our favorite was La Hacienda and then probably La Fleur. They also have raccoons, deer, coati, iguanas and monkeys on the premises which is really neat to see. They have entertainment near the main lobby about every night and some vendors that you can shop from. All in all it is a very nice resort we just were very unhappy that we didn't know half of it was going to be closed before we went or booked our vacation.

My family and I stayed at this resort for 6 days, and overall, our stay was a blast. Upon arrival, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcome drink. Check-in was very convenient, and everything was explained to us thoroughly. The room was spacious and perfect for us, and it was spotless. Every day, they replenished water, drinks, towels, and toiletries. The buffet was always full of food, and the staff never seemed tired of refilling everything! We were never hungry or thirsty, and servers consistently came to check on us to see if we needed anything else. Everything was within walking distance, but if you felt like not walking, there was a tram (not sure what to call it, haha) that runs from the lobby to the beach. We were able to book all the à la carte restaurants, and the food was great. La Parilla was one of our favorites! The people were amazing, always wearing warm smiles. This was the vacation I had always dreamed of, and we experienced it fully while at the resort. Eat, play, sleep, swim at the beach, enjoy drinks, swim in the pool, party, watch shows! It was a fun-packed vacation for my family. The only suggestion I have is to add more activities for kids. Other than that, everything was perfect! We will definitely be coming back!

Staff service was above and beyond outstanding. The food in all restaurants was not all good, very bland. Breakfast was the only decent food to enjoy. Drinks at the bars were made with poor or weak liquor. There was alot of activities daily to keep people busy. Hotel surroundings very clean and well kept Especially pool and gardens. I will recommend hotel to people who are not in it for fine tasty dinning .

We've been to the Princess many times over the years. This last trip it seemed a bit run down in places. Food selection has been better. Few times food selection was limited for not being restocked. Checking out i was presented with a bill for $9 for one drink!! The resort is all inclusive drinks included. This really left a bad opinion of the resort after prior 8-9 visits.
