The reception needs to be more flexible when you need a room changed. The new air conditioners sometimes make noise. The restaurant food needs to be better. The biggest problem was trying to get a drink at the Fantasy pool, there needs to be 2 people serving drinks there. I couldn't get a drink from that pool.
