The spa was very nice. I feel it’s a bit overpriced compared the similar spas. I included a photo of our ocean view. Any view of the ocean is perfect in my opinion. The staff is amazing and very attentive to your needs.

The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful. Everyone treated us so kindly. The food can be hit or miss but that's somewhat expected at an all inclusive resort. The "Preferred" upgrade has nicer rooms, butler service and upscale beach and bar/dining options. I recommend the upgrade. The ocean view rooms are pretty far from the ocean and partially obscured by the palm trees.

Secrets Maroma Beach was an amazing experience. I haven’t been on vacation in awhile, but for my first time back I was blown away by the staff, food, beaches, and spa treatments. Couldn’t have asked for a better concierge than “Mr Roger” as he made sure everything was great everyday. Definitely will go back again!!
