The food was horrible. Not once did we like the food. We visited 2 years ago and loved it, and this time it was horrible. Service was good, the bartenders were amazing and fun. No music so bring a speaker. Sunscreen is 35$. A couple vomited in the pool and they closed the pool down, they should of cut them off at 10 am. Beach is good but crowded and first come first serve on spots. Pool doesn't have enough shade area so get there early. Food is the number one for us and this was not it. Other than that it was ok.

The food was terrible for all inclusive, the resort is too big that you have to take a trolly from point A to point B. The Ocean was gross, couldn't swim in it and it smelt aweful. If you want 100 pools and no ocean this would be the place, but all food was bad, not worth the money we paid.

I liked all of the wildlife and being able to walk alongside deer, monkeys, iguanas, etc. I did not like the food options and thought that the quality of the food was way worse than the quality at other all-inclusive resorts I have stayed at. I also feel ripped off by purchasing the Platinum wristbands as it was supposed to provide me with a higher shelf alcohol and all the bartenders poured me the same liquor that they did for non-Platinum members.

It was very nice hotel. Great pools good service at bars. the buffet was good. We enjoyed the a la carte meals but also found a lot of the same food was at the buffet. i.e we went for sushi and it was mediocre so we didn't finish it went to the buffet after and saw the same sushi But .it was more about getting served in a quiter environmentb
