If you are there with a couple. This place is not for you. This resort was clearly for families with kids. There are kids everywhere, strollers too, the shows at night were geared towards kids. Totally not an adult's resort if that's what you are looking for.

Not enough English speaking workers. Which made it hard to get around. Not informed about making reservations for restaurant so didn’t get an opportunity to eat where we wanted to. Only had corona beer no beer I drank so I had to go to Walmart to buy beer so being at an all inclusive didn’t meet our needs.

Place is a bit outdated, but it was clean and comfortable, spacious rooms, great beach area, pleasant staff, felt very safe ! Food options were pretty good. Checking in took for ever, staff kept changing during the check in and reserving dinner for a group of us was a bit frustrating. Overall, we had a great time, will be back again !

No reason to upgrade to Platinum, concierge sits down with you and shows you how to book dinner reservations on their app. Was not able to assist with spa reservations. Do not disturb sign was ignored. Went for an excursion and returned to our room noticing it had been entered. When reported I explained that daily service was not required although grateful for it, thus the do not disturb being placed on door. Was assured it was taken care of. Next day, do not disturb sign on door, knock knock…it’s the cleaning attendant. Workers spent most of time with each other than guests of the property. Very disappointing and would not return nor recommend.
