Thank you very much for taking the time to share your comments on your recent stay at our resort. As the hotel representative, I feel pleased to see you had an enjoyable experience, in spite of the seaweed, which is a natural phenomenon that is occurring all along the Riviera Maya coastline. Our dedicated young men and women are up at 5 am cleaning our portion of the beach allowing you and all our valued guests to get the most out of the entire vacation experience.
